This exercise is great for improving your ability to track a moving object. Turn a Frisbee upside down (or use some other kind of large, round dish) and place a small ball in it. Hold it out in front of you, and tilt it quickly at random angles. The ball will roll everywhere, unpredictably at times. Focus on the ball as closely as you can. Stare directly at its center, and don’t let your eyes off of it. It may be hard at first, but keep practicing until you are able to stay locked onto it no matter where it goes. You can also flick the edges of the frisbee up with your wrist to launch the ball above the frisbee, making it even harder to track. Use different sizes and colors of balls
to train yourself to track a diverse array of objects - No doubt, not all quickly moving objects to be weary of in the real world are bright yellow tennis balls.
