Playing dodgeball is a great way to develop your reflexes. As your partner and you become better, find a smaller court and decrease the distance between you – it will make it more and more difficult. Dodgeball is great practice for responding to longer-range threats (such as people throwing beer bottles at you from across the bar), in addition to being a great work out.
