TV Training
...Respond to the TV to improve your reflexes...
If you do watch TV, here’s how you can make it healthier... which is suprising since the words "TV" and "Training" would seem to be mutually exclusive. Every time the screen changes or the camera view switches, you need to respond in some way. You could jump. You could throw a right punch. Your reflexes could include a punch and kick. You could move to a different position on the couch – try anything.
It will allow you to respond quickly to unexpected actions whilte improving reflexes. If it is only the news, respond by throwing a punch every time the anchor says a certain word, such as “it” or “may kill you” (which I hear continuously in the news nowadays… in reference to everything from socks to your multivitamins). Make a point of doing the exercise for an entire show. Punch, kick or execute any sport reflexes you chose.
